LABORATORY FITTINGS IN STAINLESS STEEL INOX 316

The new range of fittings in stainless steel 316 is suitable to be used with waters and ultra pure gases and, besides a renewed and modern line, offers new quality standard, wich are higher, compared to the previous ones.
All particulars are manufactured according to the same standards and norms used for brass production in order to uniform production standard.

- The hose union is manufactured according to the Din 12898 norm.

- All joint points are fixed with TIG welding and without using threads blocked with locktite. All this has the advantage to improve the esthetic point of view, a total absence of contamination resulting from the liquid delivered by Locktite and an insuperable strenght.

- The internal closing and opening valve is all manufactured in Stainless Steel INOX 316 with PTFE seal; there is also the presence of two further safety seals trhough O-rings in EPDM. The new model of Headvalve has the fixed stem as well as the range for normal water and therefore has not the mobile stem as the old model.

- The easy use and manovrability level has been increased by improving the sliding of mechanical parts and by reducing at the minimum the play of the assembled particulars, wich are manufactured with precise working tolerances.

The only thing you have to do is to try this new line in the field and see the new reached quality level and the beauty of these new simple and essential lines.
All the line is supplied with an external polishing wich stresses the esthetic quality of Stainless Steel INOX 316 without running the risk to contaminate the same during the polimerisation phase of powder coating in case of painting. The used Stainless Steel INOX 316 is all certified.
