of products.

Therefore we suggest to always check the internal cleaning of the line before connecting it to our taps.

General Sales Conditions

Orders
All the orders are subject to our confirmation, as well as the customer's, if there any modifications are made on the order itself; without the order confirmation we do not consider ourselves bound to deliver, even partially, the ordered material.

Prices
The prices are generally not binding. Anyway the validity terms established from time to time in the offers we release are in force.

Shipment
The goods travel at the risk and danger of the Purchaser, even if it was a carriage-free shipment. We are not liable for any delays, breakdowns or damages occurred during transportation. The Purchaser claims should be submitted to State Railways, Airlines, navigation companies or other carriers.

Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed for a period of 1 year after the purchase.
This guarantee binds us to replace faulty parts, which have to be returned to our plant, and not to replace parts damaged during their installation, or to any indemnification or expenses refund.

Claims
No claims are accepted after 10 days have elapsed since the reception of goods.

Pagamenti
The conditions are those established in the offers or during the negotiations with the customers.
When the terms established for paying the due amounts expire, the trade interests start.
The competent Court for any controversy is the Court of Vercelli.
